You have problem in changing the sentence from the direct speech to the reported speech, but the vice verse you did it very well.

İran´ın bu teklifinden önceki teklifi Ermenistan-Türkiye arasında "arabuluculuktu" or "arabulucu olmaktı."

-arabulucu olmak: to be a mediator
arabulucu olmak + idi = arabulucu olmaktı
-arabuluculuk: mediation
arabuluculuk + idi = arabuluculuktu

As you see we put all this bold part in the place of the "ne" in the original question, this big bold part is the object of the sentence which replies to the question "what".


What is ´idi´ you mean geçmiş zaman with adı ?!

Youtube sorununa çözüm bulundu

 

Youtube internet sitesi Türkiye’de 6 Haziran’dan beri kapalı. Fakat yakında tekrar açılabilir. Peki nasıl?

 

Youtube Atatürk’e hakaret videoları yüzünden Türkiye’de yasaklanmıştı. Türk yetkililer ve Youtube temsilcileri bu sorun hakkında bir görüşme yaptılar. Bu görüşmede yerel Youtube arama motoru kurulmasına karar verildi. Siteye youtube.tr ya da youtube.com.tr adreslerinden girilecek. Bu yerel sitede Atatürk’e hakaret ve porno gibi suç içerikli videolar olmayacak.

 

Youtube Almanya, Çin ve ABD için de benzer uygulamalar yapıyor. Ayrıca site Türkiye’de bir temsilcilik açacak.
