Babacan teşekkür etti ve bu teklifin mümkün olmadığını söyledi. ("dedi" is used just for direct speech), you can connect the two sentences in a nicer way "Babacan teşekkür ederek bu teklifin..."
6) BM´in çözmesini bekliyoruz.

Acceptable, but better if said "Bu sorunu BM´in çözmesini bekliyoruz."
7)  nükleer programı, arabuluculuk teklifi

-"nükleer programı" cannot stand alone, it´s either:

"nükleer program" (nucleer program) = this is not an undefined noun compound, it´s Takısız Ad Tamlaması (Compound Nouns with No Suffixes) These are also called "Sıfat Tamlaması"(adjective compound which is a kind of noun compound but made by "adjective + noun" , and take no suffix. "nükleer" is an adjective.

İran´ın nükleer programı (the nucleer program of Iran or İran´s nucleer program)= and this is a defined compound.

-"arabuluculuk teklifi"  is a correct example of undefined compound.

As a beginner I still find it hard to understand the ´olmadığını´ söyledi bit.

Another example I have is ´Arkadaş güzel olduğunu düşünüyorum´.

So, with expressions like ´He say/said that´ or ´I think that´ you always take

the -dik (or -ecek) form, then its a possessive ending then accusative ending, right ?

1. "Youtube" internet sitesi Türkiye´de yasaklı Atatürk´e hakaret videoları yüzünden.

Your sentence order is not right. It should be:

Youtube internet sitesi Türkiye´de Atatürk´e hakaret videoları yüzünden yasaklı.

"yasaklı" is the verb of the sentence, so it has to be at the end of the sentence. yasaklı = is/has been banned, is under ban.

You are more flexible with the other elements of the sentence, forexample it wouldn´t be wrong if you said:

Türkiye´de youtube internet sitesi Atatürk´e hakaret videoları yüzünden yasaklı.

or

 Atatürk´e hakaret videoları yüzünden Youtube internet sitesi Türkiye´de yasaklı.

You see you can change their place, however by putting the reason of the ban which is "Atatürk´e hakaret videoları yüzünden" (because of the insulting videos about Atatürk) just before the verb "yasaklı", you emphasize the reason more as any element that´s before the verb is the most emphasized.

2. Türk yetkililer ile Youtube temsilcileri Türkiye´nin Youtube yasağı hakkında görüştüler.

This one is correct.

3. Bu görüşmede yerel Youtube arama motoru kurulmasına karar verildi.

Correct.

You cannot use "çünkü" and "yüzünden" together for the same thing because their meanings are the same. So:

noun + yüzünden = because of something

çünkü = because
