1.  Good Turkish cotton towels

2.  Yummy doner kebab

3.  I expect that only the most handsome Turkish men flirt with me (all bald, fat, smelly, hairy ones...please know that I will not even make eye contact with you!)

4.  I would really like it if you stopped referring to that rocket fuel that you serve in small cups as coffee!  It is confusing to Americans.  Our coffee comes in large mugs with milk and sometimes sugar!

5.  Stop pretending that you invented tea!

6.  I would be happy to kiss your hand if you WASH IT FIRST!! (sorry, I am a bit of a germophobe!  I don´t care who you are, I will not kiss an unwashed hand!)

7.  Toilets!  Regular western style toilets!

8.  NON SMOKING Taxi Rides!  Foreigners have this stupid idea about being able to breath

9.  Not everyone likes Turkish Delight, so stop asking me if I want to buy the best Turkish Delight in Turkey!  To me it is like flavored rubber!

10.  Bus schedules in Turkey are loosely based on the function of a clock.  Would it be too much to ask that if a bus is scheduled to come at 9am that it actually come at 9am and not 9ish?

Just a little joking my Turkish friends!{#emotions_dlg.scared}{#emotions_dlg.lol_fast} I KNOW all you bed westerners are just shaking your heads in agreement...

Lis - hilarious lol

My list would go like this:

1. Baklava, kadayıf and künefe on every corner at every time of day/year!

2. Being allowed to smoke wherever I want, whenever I want - taxis, airports, bars and restaurants

3. Not being tricked to enter shops with carpets I have no intention or ever will buy. And, using your 6-year-old nephew to get me into a shop is just low!

4. Please, don´t treat me like a fifteen-year-old that needs to be warned all the time about how guys want to take advantage of her. I know they do, I know how to deal with that...

5. If I tell you I´m not interested in you, accept it and go away. The fact that I´m walking alone means that I prefer it this way, not that I´m looking for elderly guys with moustache and hairy back.

6. Ban rakı. Ban anything with aniseed actually

7. Keep up the good work with your bus services!

and I have to agree with Lis on these ones:

"4.  I would really like it if you stopped referring to that rocket fuel that you serve in small cups as coffee!  It is confusing to Americans.  Our coffee comes in large mugs with milk and sometimes sugar!

7.  Toilets!  Regular western style toilets!

9.  Not everyone likes Turkish Delight, so stop asking me if I want to buy the best Turkish Delight in Turkey!  To me it is like flavored rubber!"

1. make MORE turkish delights ))))))))))))) and put MORE nuts there ))))))))))

2. serve tea in bigger glasses.

3. dont ask my ID when i want to buy sim card

4. to taxi drivers: dont try to tell me in turkish ab all places of note around, gesticulating and looking in all possible directions but road itself. first of all, i dont understand anything, and then i dont want to be in the middle of accident.

5. let me watch some movie when i m in long distance bus

6. why dont you have women´s shoes of 40+ size?)))))))))))))) dont you want your people being taller?))

7. make istanbul subway easier to navigate simply reconstruct it )

8. keep the ferries on bosporus as they are now

9. provide every visitor of grand bazar with Ariadne´s thread ... maybe even map, compass and detailed guide

10. have special fortune teller on coffee ground in every bar
