what makes you think that I havent read or heard such arguments? Were you happy to provide me with this link thinking it would be an eye opener to me? In comparison to you I am an open-minded person.

As for the flood myths, they are only the facts to support that the flood was true and it happent.

Theres nothing to debunk about Noah´s Ark.

You posted a link, a huge text. And then you expect me to cover all point by point?

Ask questions, I will try to answer.

I think you are right. I have no questions. I respect your ideas but i don´t agree with them. But i want to add some information. According to Koran Noah´s Ark should be on Cudi Mountain not on Ararat. I think you are Muslim. Make your decision. Have a nice day.

Oh, please, gokuyum, why do you do that? Why do you ignore me?

It means you are afraid of me. You are afraid of my answers.

I challenge you to ask me questions.

I am not afraid of you. I have no questions for you. This text expresses my thoughts. Please read it. Then we can discuss. It is not long. I like discussing with documents.

EVERYTHING I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED FROM NOAH´S ARK [Author Anonymous]

1. Plan ahead. It wasn´t raining when Noah built the ark.

2. Stay fit. When you´re 600 years old, someone might ask you to do something REALLY big.

3. Don´t listen to critics -- do what has to be done.

4. Build on the high ground.

5. For safety´s sake, travel in pairs.

6. Two heads are better than one.

7. Speed isn´t always an advantage. The cheetahs were on board, but so were the snails.

8. If you can´t fight or flee -- float!

9. Take care of your animals as if they were the last ones on earth.

10. Don´t forget that we´re all in the same boat.

11. When the doo-doo gets really deep, don´t sit there and complain-- shovel!

12. Stay below deck during the storm.

13. Remember that the ark was built by amateurs and the Titanic was built by professionals.

14. If you have to start over, have a friend by your side.

15. Remember that the woodpeckers INSIDE are often a bigger threat than the storm outside.

16. Don´t miss the boat.

17. No matter how bleak it looks, there´s always a rainbow on the other side.

I was though this story as a child in Cotholic school and this question was alway on my mind... When the waters receded after the flood, wouldn´t Noah and the survivors use the lumber of the Ark to build shelters or homes?  If that were the case then their would not be anything left of the Ark?  Just a question :S
