I notice you still have problems with ´I love/like´ sentences using sevmek.

When you look in a Turkish dictionary for sevmek, you should see something like

/i sevmek

This means the object that you love/like needs to have an ´accusative´ suffix added. [*and it needs vowel harmony, so it can be ı/i/u/ü]

I love you (you = sen, to love = /i sevmek)

sen + i = seni seviyorum

I love her [her/him/it = o]

O + n (buffer letter) + u (* see above) = onu seviyorum

I hope you now understand that for sevmek, the subject needs an accusative suffix (*)

Back to your translation attempt.

Do you like the town?  or Do you like this city?

Do you like = seviyor musun?   Which you translated correctly   

This city = bu şehir   Which you also knew  

and we now put the elements together, remembering about the accusitive suffix that you need with sevmek

bu şehir + i   seviyor musun?

 = bu şehri seviyor musun?

What happened? An ´i´ disappeared!!!!

Some Turkish nouns drop the final vowel

oğul = son, oğul + um = oğlum (my son)

şehir = city, şehri (the city, accusative subject)

nehir = river,  Nil Nehri = the Nile River 

So hopefully you have learned 2 things from this question

1 - vowel drop on certain nouns

2 - accusative subjects in sentences

My thoughts as a learner -

Generally the Turkish word order is

subject - time - place - object - verb

subject = my friend = arkadaşım

time = this weekend = bu hafta sonu

place = Dresden, in Dresden = Dresden´de (the apostrophe must be used before the suffix, because it is a proper noun/place name)

object = me = beni

verb = visiting = ziyaret ediyor

so I would say

Arkadaşım bu hafta sonu Dresden´de beni ziyaret ediyor.

or

Arkadaşım bu hafta sonu Dresden´de beni ziyaret edecek.

(My friend will visit me in Dresden this weekend.

my attempt is slightly different to yours -

İstasyonda onunla tanışıyorum *(if you are meeting for the first time)

(we normally meet ´with´ someone)

or

İstasyonda onunla buluşuyorum (buluşmak is used for normal meetings)

(ile is used for vehicles. Dative case is used for going somewhere, Henry explained the use of ‘ above.)

(Look at the structure –lerden biri ’one of the –s’.)
