I have doubts about how build this sentences. Help, please!

Are you at home?

evdesin mi?
evde misin?
evdesin misin?

Which of them are correct?

Are you turkish?

Türklü müsün?

What will be the grammar structure to buil this kinds of sentences?

Teşekkürler

To make a yes/no question of this form you start with a statement:
Bu yeşil bir araba - this is a blue car
you then add the interrogative particle mi
Bu yeşil bir araba mi - is this a blue car?

When it is applied to a verb, the possessive suffix is moved to the end of the interrogative particle:
yemek istiyorsun - you want food
yemek istiyor musun - do you want food?

If I not wrong 'yeşil' is green.
Let see, I can see isn't necesary to put the question mark just with the suffix of questions as 'mi,mu...etc'

Of course yeşil is green and not blue.......
That's what comes of doing two things at once :-S

when we are talking turkish we obviously don't place a question mark, but i think that when we are using the questioning words it makes grammatical sense to add the question mark, this is my understanding anyway.

But the -dir suffix is not necessary.....

yes under normal circumstances maybe not,but as a stand alone sentence you are stating that 'this' car is green in this case we add the 'dir'because it is fact is my understanding.

By the way.. Me and my doubts :-?

How often turkish use this kinds of sentences.

O yirmi bir yaşında

or

O yirmi bir yaşındadır

To use "Dır" is more formal, or what is the difference?
