Quoting EmineNur

Seni çok özledim. K.b. evde değilim 1 haftadır hastanedeyim
İşte kolum için ama bir türlü tedavi olamadım. Inşallah yarın olurum
Seni düşünerek geçti günüm

Thank you

My try :

I miss you much. Sorry I´m not at home one week I´m in hospital

But what I´ve not understood it´s if he will stay at the hospital for a week or if he is not at home for 1 week ?

Kolum için : for my arm

Insallah yarin olurum : Insallah (like I wish) tomorrow I´ll be fine ?

But "ama bir türlü tedavi olamadim" and "Seni düsünerek geçti günüm" I can´t understand exactly what it means.... please

Hello. The best translation for "inshallah" is God willing/with God´s will/with God´s permission. That would be the accurate meaning
