I understand your point libralady. In controversial issues we go and look at what were the messages that were marked as spam. When there's many messages marked by the same person that implies that there was some kind of dialogue between them and we discard all of these spam counts.
People who are deleted without any warning are the ones who don't have contributions to the site and you can also usually tell by their profiles and private pictures who comes here to learn or help and who comes in search of men or women.

So does this mean that you are not allowed to be a member of this site UNLESS you make a contribution? What exactly is considered a 'contribution' anyway? Adding +1 and a smiley face to the bottom of every post? Telling us what they are wearing/listening to/eating at any given moment of the day? One of the members you have deleted doesn't do much posting in the forums but has been very helpful to me - and to several others I know - and nothing on his profile indicated that he had joined this site 'in search of women' He was a member of TC for a long time - why on earth would he suddenly start spamming people?

You are angry and misunderstood what I said. If you're talking about otto-man then we checked his spams and they indeed were spams. The same rules apply to everybody. Sorry, we can't tell what's going on in everybody's mind and can only make decisions by the facts.

You don't need to "tell" whether you were deleted wrongly or rightly, we know what gets you deleted.

You don't need to "tell" whether you were deleted wrongly or rightly, we know what gets you deleted. |
dear catwoman // see it i needed to tell so i told it in here. and it seems that u couldnt understand what got me deleted. at least u could understand from the reactions of the people in here that i m not a spammer.besides i am not an aggressive person so i dont like aggressive posts when they are especailly against me.

guys, you have to remember that catwoman and admin can only go on the information that they receive, NOT on what they can't see.
if someone *thinks* a message that is sent to them is spam, then they will report it accordingly, regardless if it was just an innocent "hi how are you?" message. to them it is spam.
catwoman and admin can't see what happens in chat, what happens in other people's private messages, what happens in people's emails, and what happens on msn amongst members of this site.
they have to treat everyone the same, regardless of whether they post a lot on the forums, or choose not to post on the forums, whether they have been a member of this site for many years, or a newcomer, whether the member is popular, or not popular.
they make decisions based on what is presented to them and they act accordingly.

Do any of you really think that Admin is deleting people for no reason? Obviously, the people deleted for spam were reported enough time by other members of this site to warrant the deletion.
Do some people take the spam button too far and report every pm they get?…most likely, but the rules need to be applied evenly and fairly. Do we really want to pick and choose which ones are enforced or for whom they are enforced?
If Admin doesn’t delete someone, people complain…if he deletes someone who happens to be popular, he gets hammered. Seriously, cut him some slack. Just stick with the rules and there shouldn’t be a problem.

Do people get warned before they are deleted? Or does it come unannouced? Of course if it is obcene or offensive, of course there needs to be no warning....
