Quoting RICK:

1- Are you from arabia?
2- Are you afraid of males?
3- Doesnt your bf allow you to talk to guys?
4- Are a b-s?
5- Are you gonna talk girly things?

Well it was just weird for me. Where is the equality.. guys! are you blind?

1 - No I am not from Arabia. I come from Holland and I owe a Dutch identity card and a British Passport.

2 - No as a matter of fact I am very in love with one and I know many Turkish males that I am good friends with.

3 - Yes he allows me to talk to guys but also has warned me for the attitude of men in Izmir towards blonde western girls.

4 - What is a B-S?

5 - Yep

--

I hope I answered your questions to satisfaction. Now let me englighten why i asked for females. So far, the most response i get online are from males. Also, Kadir will ofcourse not let me meet with strange males in Izmir that he doesn't know well and doesn't know if he can trust them. Female contact is therefore definitely prefered. Besides, how can a male tell me about the things that are in a girls mind? I also want to learn the nice clothing shops in Izmir, i wonder what the shave-code for female is, where you can get your nails done properly. I'm a girly girl and i'd like to be friends with girls too. So far the back-up i will have in Izmir next year consists mainly of males, only four female friends of Kadir. I would like to get to know girls who are going through the same thing as i will when living in a totally different country. I have a man by my side to ask many personal questions too. I'd like to get to know some girls too.

If you have a personal issue with me (and i think you do), then please explain to me clearly by PM. I don't want any miscommunications and broken relationships, because i really liek this website and most of its people.

Quoting patience:

maybe she is so wise that she knows if she talks to you or any other turkish boys, you'd try to pick her up..
aren't you trying to do that now? or why did you get this angry?

all men are egalitarian when there's something they want to have funny thing that we all are the same

Thank you very much for taking it up for me, Patience. RICK definitely udnerstood me wrong. It is kinda true that i want to avoid situations as you mentioned above though. I'm a western looking girl and i want to avoid nasty situations till i speak Turkish fluently so that i can handle things myself.

I HATE TO CALL TURKISH EMBASSY IN ROTTERDAM after i listened their tape a million times telling me applications can ONLY be made between 9 and noon, to then get 3 men on the phone who don't speak Dutch or English, then get an English speaking man telling me i can ONLY call after 4.30 and when i tell him that their tape says somethign very different and that i would like to speak to someone right now, he simple says: "Just obey the rules, madam".. OFFF YAAA!!! I told him he should obey the rules of his tape and be more clear.. and then he told me again to obey and hung up.

Hehe i will travel and see all of Türkiye, but i think i deserved a lazy holiday first.. after all i will have to find a house and then decorate it in at least 30 degrees. Don't blame me for longing for a pool with a drink and Kadirrr!

The traveling will sure come though I have read about so many places that i want to see! Maybe one day i'll be a journalist for a Turkey magazine, writing about those special places. I will write the articles as boring as possibel so that nobody will want to come there and the place stays intact

And now i'm gonna have sweet dreams about all the plans we made
