It is a bit more risky ...

I'm looking after my family. My older Brother will retire in two years, until he does retire YOU have to give them enough money to last until then for me to be able to leave them.

I don2t want you to act cold towards me. Kiss me, smell me, squeeze me tight, never leave me, do whatever you want! I love you very much but I am unable to show this to you clearly.

Agree about it being a great message!

its republic day on 29th october and i shall be in mugla on that date, is anything every done to mark this day or is it just like a british bank holiday?

Hi

Everyone hangs up Turkish flags. There will be ceremonies in the morning around the main Ataturk statue in town and schools may have ceremonies in their playgrounds that you can watch. In the evening the local authority may have a pop concert in a park or square, it depends on the place.

Much more fun than a British Bank Holiday!

Banks and many small shops will be closed. Some large shopping centres will be open

Bandırma is a port town that we normally drive through when getting off the ferry going to Izmir from Istanbul! It really does just look like docks and not much else.

Nearby is the Erdek peninsula, which is a pretty holiday resort and you can find nice hotels in Erdek. Alternatively Balikesir is a nice small town, typical of the Aegean region.
