what did you cook ? {#emotions_dlg.razz}

I am made chicken stew with shiitake mushrooms and celeriac. I am now boiling the bones and none choice parts to make stock.  It will be a few hours more or less.

It has a whole chicken in it, some onion, garlic one celeriac root and shiitake mushrooms.  The boned chicken went into the stew for now, and I have boned the chicken already and put meat away in the freezer for later.  The  meat will be saved for other things. Maybe chicken salad.

It should be possible to get a couple more quarts to freeze for later use.  It´s always good to have chicken stock ready, particularly for flu or colds.

..........and yes, I have been growing my own mushrooms....yum....yum

Hi to all,

I know this is a bit ´off topic´, but I have to ask you! I love to listen to Uygur songsm and there is a couple of them I really really like.

But I can´t find lyrics, translations... nothing... nor anyone who could help me with it. The best thing would be to meet some Uygur people, I´d really love that!

For the beginning, I will ask you for these two songs:

Anargul bala

and

Adargul

Now, I am not sure, but those are two different songs and they are just AMAZING!!!

Any help is appreciated!!!!

Thanks in advance,

from Bosnia

Welcome to the forum....I´m sorry I can´t help you with your translations....but I would like to ask if you have any links to these songs? I am curious to hear them too.

So, Alameda, do you think people warn others just to discourage them from having a long distance relationship/sponsorships with resort workers in order to keep all the dudus for themselves? lol

Not at all Daydreamer, but sometimes I wonder if the comments are to actually help the person, or are they done for self-aggrandizement.  It seems to me some of these comments could be sent in a private message, or stated in a less abrasive manner.

What´s all the fuss about? If you´re posting your intimate messages on a public forum, you should expect that people can comment on them however they please. They´re likely to do so especially if they´ve seen hundreds of similar messages and know how most of the stories ended. What the "evil posters" are doing is giving you some food for thought. You may not like it, but it´s you who post free translation requests.

Oh of course, the commenters are doing this....."for her own good"....  How altruistic of them.

Forgive me if I offend.. but monitoring your translation site and indeed being at the end of rather acidic  comments, if you guys don´t want to help or can only be sour why offer the facility in the first place ?

I have to say I agree with you.  It just seems mean to me.  Some of these people are truly having emotional problems (love can be one of the greatest pains in the world) Then to have people jumping in offering abusive comments and advice or opinions on something they really are not privy to the whole story, seems to be the height of arrogance and cruelty.

Sometimes they sound pretty outrageous, but still....it seems like kicking someone when they are already down......now what do we call that?

.......but it is a public site that is visible to many............what do they say, buyer beware?
