So I thought: 

I have your car. Ben arabanam var.

(which I know is wrong)

I found on-line:

I have your car. Araban bende.

Can I use var here? i.e. when using to have your...

No, not him. I said " My big sister´s son is unwell. We will ask about him".

What is mean? Bilen (bilmek).
