This is not correct LIR.

Firstly, and the main error is that you cannot use "kaÃ§ta", a question word, and "mısın" a question suffix, together in the same sentence.
The closest one to yours would be "saat kaÃ§ta olacağını sanıyorsun?" but "sanmak" is "to believe" and this does not sound very natural. "saat kaÃ§ta olacağını dÃ¼şÃ¼nÃ¼yorsun?" would be much better.

edit: "sanmak" can mean "to think, to imagine" as well, but in these kind of questions "dÃ¼şÃ¼nmek" is used.

This unusual iranian bus driver woman in Tehran represents an example of a progressive woman as well. Even in such opression in Iran, we can still meet courageous women. She even fights with other men like any other bus driver.
I think Iran sooner or later will change.
