Thread: istek kipi or what?

Hi!

Could anybody please tell me what it is the form: ver misin. The tea lady in our company is always told, "çay ver misin?" I don't know the exact translation but of course it means "will you bring tea".

I have checked my tr language book but still not sure, maybe it is istek kipi (optative mood)?

Also is it polite enough to ask for sth like this?

Quoting caliptrix:

Do you use always the names with another thing: 'Floss Dog'
Normally in Turkish i think, it is enough just the name:'Floss'

maybe it is just for us to be clear that it is a dog, not a cat for instance. i'm sure usually bod calls her just floss, as all of us call our pets only by their names

so, fully it looks like: Çehre Sokak No: 1 / 12 G.O.P./ANKARA
