Dear lemon,

I have met many gypsies, some of which perfectly fit your stereotype. I have also mentioned this before in this thread (something about gypsies washing themselves in the grass sprinklers). However, I have also met enough who do not fit the stereotype. And from all the gypsies I have met, more didn´t fit the stereotype than actually did fit the stereotype.

I think you´re fitting the definition of a bigot perfectly. If you do not like to be viewed as a bigot, perhaps you should not make so many racist remarks. If you like to continue with your remarks, then you shouldn´t be surprised if people are insulted by your narrowminded behaviour.

Now, you had your attention for the day again. Can we please go back to more important people, who did more for the world then just spew about stereotypes? Back to the Nobel nominees!

4) We must value science.

What destroys the ozone layer? What causes the water pollution? What makes the climate change? What is to be done with the nuclear waste? I can ask more at least 1000 questions like these...Look, beacuse you and people like you prefer "to be killed by an a-bomb infront of the computer instead of living in middle ages", we have to live in a dirty world. If we don´t start doing something, we won´t have a world to leave for our children. In general, Science is in the service of power holders. So your wishes about Science mean nothing compared to the wishes of power holders. Wink

You are insulting me just because I refuse to join happily ever after products of New Age like yourselves.

You are insulting me because I refuse to bear false witness.

You are insulting me because you have nothing to say and out of anger you are getting personal.

If I had positive stereotype about gypsies I dont think you would jump on calling me narrow-minded.

For justification of my own points I told many stories unlike you and other who keep repeating the same slogans. I explained why I have such opinions along with NOTES that I DONT HATE gypsies. But you see what want to see.

Lets go back to your famous saying of "a few rotten apples". With this I will prove how illogic you are. You said that a few racist dutch doesnt represent the whole nation. and you say A few gypsies you´ve met does represent thw whole nation. In that case what should we do with millions of gypsies in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe?

Dear lemon,

I am personally offended and I feel deeply insulted by the hurtful comments you have posted in this forum.

Don´t ask me why. I am not going to answer. Not for you. Ever. I am serious. {#emotions_dlg.neutral}

I have personally apologised for my comments again and again.

I can go back and delete my posts that contain insulting comments for you. Point me which one, I will do it without any hesitation.

But that doesnt mean I changed my mind.

I am reading Ibn-i Haldun (Ibn Khaldun) nowadays and i am very excited to read that he manifests the price of labor 400 years before Adam Smith does.

He also have extraordinary comments on sociology, social pattern and even about social contract.

Highly recommended.

3) Agree and disagree. Most of westerners today tolerate or ignore immigrants (including turks) because they live in comfortable enviroment. Govs keep them silent by giving them what they want - consumption. But I guarantee you as soon as that paradise comes to end there will be a huge uprise against immigrants.

4) We dont have to value science. Release me from this statement. There are many indigeounes nations that have no science. Does it mean you dont like them because they resist civilization and everything that civilization includes i.e. science and modernization?

3)  Quite right! We are seeing a significant anti immigrant rise in the US now....aka...the new controversial  Arizona law

4) I disagree very much with this...in fact it appears wrong to m How about we have a look at exactly what science is?  It is an undisputable fact that many native people have collected quite an admirable amount of knowledge, much of which "Western Scientists" plagiarize and act like they discovered it.

What is science?  the process of the systematic collection and testing of knowledge..............

Ha ha ha ha......this thread really has taken a LOT of twists and turns, convolutions and I don´t know what. All I can say is I´m utterly amazed at the directions some of these threads can take.
