could someone please translate this into turkish please. thanks in advance  hello darling, i keep trying to send a picture to your phone but it wont send. does your phone take picture messages and if so is it set up correctly. love and kisses ....

hey me and my friend were trying to send picture messages to turkey we rang o2 (dont know if your the same network) but they said that you cant send picture messages to turkey just ring your own network and ask cause we couldnt send them from our's

For the benefit of those that are trying to learn English as a second language, the above is an appalling sentence structure that would only be used by a very uneducated person.
In English, the word order of personal pronouns is always from lowest to highest order of proximity. So first person comes last - only presumputous "chavs" or uneducated people place personal pronouns in a different order.
"me and my friend" should be "my friend and I"
Changing the order implies that the 'friend' isn't worthy of one's acquaintance.

come on bod lighten up, most people i know always say 'me and...', and we are not uneducated, (or a "chav" for that matter) its just how people talk. i hardly ever hear anyone say '... and i', it sounds too formal and posh in my opinion.

and this isn't everyones opinion, well not mine anyone, even if i was talking about the Queen i would still say 'me and the Queen' because thats common speak in my opinion.

Well it seems you two have proved Bod's point  . It is a sad fact that the beauty of the English language is disappearing fast thanks to text messages, email and poor education but it is inconsiderate and ignorant to use slang on this website - except maybe in Off-Topic. It is sad that people learning English as a second language have a better use of grammar and vocabulary than native English. Dumb Britain lol!

what about the people who speak slang in turkish on here? so many times i have seen people, even english people (i can think of one in particular who always uses turkish slang making it extremely hard for me, a beginner, to understand what is being wrote) and no one says a word about their bad grammer or the fact that maybe people are learning turkish off them too. I'm not going to name names but i remember one moderater mentioning it to her yet she still continued...
