Yep, looks like you could need a hamam visit with some tea and a nargile afterwards .

Great minds think alike

Quoting DK:

I suggest you take it slow, go to a hamam, relax and then come over to my place for a cup of tea

Lol, I agree with u janiss . It seems to me as if everything he says or does is against Turkey. I never thought it would be possible to criticize something as nice as a hamam!

I don't know, I dont think he translates poetry and song lyrics if he thinks Turkish poets and music is bad! He criticizes nationalistic feelings for as far as I understand, and exactly the reaction some people give, confirm his point

And to use 'critizice' just for saying you'd rather not go to a hamam because of hygenic reasons seems a bit overreacting to me? I don't eat kokoreç for hygienic reasons, but that doesnt mean I criticize the food itself

Ama ben hep oyum be Yani Usta. Seni de hep öyle görüyorum Yani Usta. -Hani seninle sinemaya giderdik.

But ?????
-We went to the cinema. .

But I am still him, Usta Yani / But I am still the same person, Usta Yani. I see you still like that too, Usta Yani. Remember, we used to go to the cinema together.

When geniş zamanı is used together with di'li geçmiş zamanı, it expresses an action in the past that happened habitually. So if there is a series of that construction, Id translate the first one with 'used to' 'we always..' and then go on like you did.

Well done.

can u show me an example that he isnt against anything about Turkey for him, every national festival must be abolished and that semi naked man in the hamam, changed his thoughts about turkey , must be punished immediately

Abartma canım.. I dont think every national festival needs to be abolished according to thehandsome, you adviced me and Chantal not to go to hamam because of semi-naked man so I think you agree with thehandsome there

If not going to hamam means you are against Turkey, going to a hamam means you agree with Turkey? There's lots of things I dont agree with, yet I love it loads
