Hahaha only just saw it. You are welcome Gülhanım But be aware of the fact my Turkish is far from perfect so it will contain many mistakes. Yet I believe he will understand the message

You are right, but if I don't pass my exams, I am in very big trouble It means I will have a shorter summerholiday and it will take away the opportunity to study in Ankara second semester next year That is already a very small chance, let's not fail in the one requirement that is the easiest for me to accomplish

Yes I know about the price, and it is more than I have 'to through away' right now, because we will also have to buy fuel to get to Mannheim, which I suspect to be a 5 hour drive. I don't know, I can't judge untill this week is finished and when I see how much energy I have left for the exams. If its enough, I have some energy to spend as well

Eg. people from Trabzon in Istanbul ask to get off the minibus at Gartal Göprüsü, not Kartal Köprüsü

I notice this with many Turkish people in The Netherlands. They are mainly immigrants from more eastern or paysant places and it is very obvious in their pronounciation. Actually, after spending a week with them, I realized I started saying 'Yogg' instead of yoK, in which I generally pronounce a strong but rather soft sounding K.

Also, but this is my experience, people who dont come from the big cities, or who didnt go there by means of education, tend to say 'Gittiydim' instead of 'Gitmiştim'. The first one is an older form not much used anymore and any Turkish teacher would teach you the latter.
