Can someone tell me how it is to live in a dormitory and what the costs are, in general? I made a calculation of costs when i get an appartment for myself, and if i am not allowed to work, that will probably get too expensive (i will not receive money from Dutch government as i dont stay in holland), so another option is the cheaper dormitory, which is also located close to Kadir's house, which gives me a safer feeling than living somewhere alone.

I know that having a part-time job (such as working in a restaurant few times a week or in a clothing-shop) isn't common in Türkiye, when you go to University. In Holland though, this is very very common.

I read that as a foreign student you are not allowed to work during your study. Can someone maybe tell me more about this?

I will come to Turkiye with a pre-scolarship-visa, which means I am not an official student yet. Would that allow me to have a part-time job for the first year untill i become an official registered student?

Does anyone know where to find out about those?

Hmm i bought her Kardelen album (not that it's really a good one or an original one because of its target). Thank you for the album titles. I have an mp3-album that has many of her albums on it, I will look for those albums as i still didnt listen all of the songs. Right now Yalnizlik Senfonisi is my favourite.

I feel kinda lucky that I don't speak Turkish yet, I will enjoy her music in a much different way.
Only the music and the power in the voice itself can make me cry without knowing what she says. Once I will learn what she is saying, I can enjoy the same songs again with a new magical glow over them. And then i can also enjoy her new songs the way Turkish people do, unfortunately it's not really the style i like anymore.

How would you call Neset Ertas music and what kind of people mostly listen it? I'm listening it now, it really thrills me. His saz is crying for the feeligns that I am even uncapable to cry for, tho i wish i could.
