There are two meanings of "I´m jealous".

1. I´m jealous - Kýskancým

kýskanç: jealous (adj.)

Ex: "Sen çok kýskanç birisisin". (You are a very jealous person)

Ex: "Ben çok kýskancým". (I´m very jealous)

2. I´m jealous - Kýskanýyorum

kýskanmak: be jealous (verb)

Ex: "Seni kýskanýyorum". (I´m jealous of you)

Ex: "O seni kýskanmýyor mu?". (Doesn´t he be jealous of you?)

Oh, OK. So, you´re writing this letter to your sister-in-law. And you´re jealous about her. Because she´s going to see him. Then the word´s meaning is true

And I hope you´ll see him soon.

But why are you sad?

But I´m wondering if the meaning of "jealous" is "envious" or "insecure". Why somebody be envious when a man goes to army?

Last Turkish courses were like this:

"Gülüþünü/tebessümünü çok özledim. Onu tekrar ne zaman görebilirim?"

It is not gülünü, it is gülüþünü. Because "smile" here is not a verb but a noun, so it must be gülüþ/tebessüm.
