Yes, but normally used for boy/girlfriend/sweetheart/husband/wife etc.

A parent may say yavrum to their child.

Hi

Yes, maybe that is why I couldn't think of the same saying in English!

We have the very opposite saying: "Opposites attract"

It is very often the differences that make it a good partnership. This is not just true for marriage. In business often you need a balance between the outgoing sales-person type and the quiet accountant type to get success!

başka-another,other,different else
Can you explain me why in this phrase it was used postposition "başka"?
"Yarın işe başkadan başlayacağız"-tomorrow we'll restart working.
Why it was used "başkadan"instead of "baştan"?

Dunno! I would have used yeniden başlayacağız!

Thanks - I enjoyed learning this!

So it doesn't match "Birds of a feather flock together" which is really often a negative type of statement that people tend to hang round with people like them .
e.g. she is a liar, and so she makes friends with other people who are also liars. or it is no wonder she is a liar when you look at who her friends are.

I couldn't think of a saying in English that matched "marriages work best when you are equally balanced", just a quote from the Bible that says "do not be unequally yoked" (image of two oxen in a plough: if one os big and the other small they don't work well together).

Can anybody think of one?

"If the military clearance is not given for reasons attributable to the seller or land, the full monies will be repaid to the buyer"

Can somebody please correct this please

yüzünden arsa veya atici sorunu muşteri askeri izinlerini gerçekleşmeyese .Satici tum meblaglari Alici’ya icerisinde tamamiyle iade edecek

My try, hopefully a Turk will be able to tidy any errors left in my Turkish:

Satıcı ve arsadan kaynaklanan nedeniyle askeriye tarafından satışa izin verilmezse, satıcı alıcıdan almış tüm meblağları alıcıya tamamen iade edecek.

Advice:

1. Get a lawyer to look at this!
2. If you are the buyer, I wouldn't limit the reasons to the seller and the land. If the military reject it because you come from a certain country, do you really want them not to be able to return your money to you? I would say "Her hangi nedeniyle..." Of course if you are the seller you might think differently.

I have not booked my flights yet. I am searching for the best flights possible. It is peak time now as it is the summer holidays. I am hoping to come on 31 Aug, but it looks like it might be 4 Sept. I will definitely book the flights in the next 2 weeks. As soon as I get the flight details, I will email them to you. I can't wait to see you again.

2 hafta içerisinde her şey kesinleşmiş olacak. Uçuş bilgileri kesin olunca sana emaille yollayacağım. Seninle tekrar görüşmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.
