Quoting qdemir:

but,

we can't say;

Senin yüzünden iş buldum.

We should say;

Senin sayende / yardımınla iş buldum. (conveys a positive meaning)

Even though "neden" is usually used instead of "...yüzünden", "dolayısıyla", "bu bakımdan", "bunun için", "sebebiyle", "verb base + -diğinden" by many people
it is a wrong use.

"Havanın güzel olması nedeniyle pikniğe gittik"
"Havanın güzel olması" and "pikniğe gitmemiz" isn't anyting bad.

We should say:

Hava güzel olduğundan (= verb base + -diğinden) pilniğe gittik.

or

Hava güzel olduğu için pikniğe gittik.

And also
We can't say:

Trafik nedeniyle işe geç kaldım.

We should say:

"Trafik yüzünden işe geç kaldım.

"Neden" is one of the "N" question words in Turkish, and should be used accordingly;

Neden sürekli gülüyorsun?
Neden beni hiç dinlemiyorsun?
Neden nedensiz yere gülüyorsun?
Neden Türkçe öğreniyorsun?
