In all the languages I know the vreb "to be" has various meanings. I think it would be helpful to make a list with expressions based on this verb and thier translation:

e.g. "ne oldu?"= what happened
"olur!"= all right
"olmaz"= no
"ne olur?"= so what?(correct me if I`m wrong)
"olmaz olmaz"= nothing is impossible
"sonunda doktor oldunuz.tebrikler!"= you finally became a doctor.congratulations!

when missing the one you love...wind back memories and imagine millions of plans for the day you will see him/her again...
the tricky thing is that you may add to the one you love some atributes that have never been his/her...and imagine a fairy tale that in reality might not exist....
