Hello! Some family friends of mine left me a message on my birthday...but I don´t understand it. I was hoping someone could help me!

Whenever I write my friend in English he responds in Turkish... I´m in the beginning classes, so hopefully one day I won´t need anyone to help me translate, unitl then... please

I´m not sure of the context, but it maybe is a misspelling of turkis, which means turquois (the stone), which may also be referring to the bluish-green color of turquoise. Hope this helps!
