Pronunciation of words depends on where you are,as with English accents. I have heard words ending in r have a subtle sh sound on the end,like bir(sh), hayir(sh),iyi gunler(sh)
I've also heard iki pronounced itchy, lutfen-lutfan,etc.etc.
