There´s not much difference between literal and grammatical meaning of this sentence.

Grammatically it means:

I may sacrifice myself to you.

Literally it means

I love very much. (idiomatically, I love you so much that I can sacrifice myself to you.)

thanks.

Quoting sonunda

That´s why they call it the ´present´

Is it really because of that? I mean, present means both "today" and "gift" because of this?

Quoting Adam25

´for sure´ has the same meaning as ´definitely´ and ´dönmek´ also means ´to return´ which makes more sense than making her sound like Dick Whittington - but thanks for other corrections.

I didn´t correct your translation, Adam. I´m just concerned with my own translation.

thanks.
