Dear Marionin, the word "evhamlı " is for more general situations. But " hastalık hastası " is only for person who is unceasingly worry about his/her health.

"Evhamlı" is a person with "full of anxieties", , anxiety in anything, not specificly for heatly..So all I can say is  "hastalık hastası " is exact definition of a person who always worries about his/her health unnecessarly.

Not : Some Turkish people including me are sometimes acting like "hastalık hastası " ...{#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}

 Thanks!

About your not: yes, I notice that: I normally overlook it in the case of a yaşlı teyze, but I find it really funny that a young strong guy will get all babyish and need to go home sick the moment he has the first sign of a little cold!

gece boyunca: lit: during the length of the night - throughout the night

nehir boyunca: the length of the river

toplantı boyunca: as long as the meeting lasts
