Dear Marionin, the word "evhamlı " is for more general situations. But " hastalık hastası " is only for person who is unceasingly worry about his/her health.
"Evhamlı" is a person with "full of anxieties", , anxiety in anything, not specificly for heatly..So all I can say is "hastalık hastası " is exact definition of a person who always worries about his/her health unnecessarly.
