The rightfully ignored part of Ottoman legacy are worhless poems (elite junk)...

...setting back his language skills in order to be treated like a child which he actually was. Makes sense.

Sağ ol, gokuyum. (You were so sharp you even noticed the expired sentences.)

So strange to see a participle phrase/indirect question in the subject position but there it obviously is:

Onlara ne olduğu kimsenin umurunda değil.

Would someone please look at my translation attempts?

What would you want to do if you knew you could not fail?

Başarısız olamayacağını bilsen ne yapmak isterdin?

If someone’s underwear was showing would you tell her?

Birinin iç çamaşırı gözükse ona anlatır mıydın?

What would you do if you found the wallet of the next door neighbour you hated?

Nefret ettiğin komşunun cüzdanını bulsan ne yapardın?

If you were on holiday and lost your passport would you know what to do?

Tatildeyken pasaportunu kaybetsen ne yapacağını bilir miydin?

If you couldn’t stop thinking of a girl wouldn’t you text her?

Bir kız düşünmeyi bırakamasan ona bir mesaj çekmez miydin?

Where would you bury your treasure if you had some?

Bir hazinen olsa onu nereye gömerdin?

meşgul is a funny word. As a loanword it does not follow vowel harmony but it only shows in the declined forms, even in the question particle that follows it:

                                   Meşgul müsün?

This is exactly the kind of mistake that I often make (because in my native language the copula is different). But ok, no handicap for foreigners.

Thanks, si++.

Keloğlan says to his mother (I am sure, I listened to it many times):

Ben daha çocuk. Benim yaşımdakiler sadece oyun oynuyorlar.

What happened to the personal ending? I would say Ben daha çocuğum. I thought Turkish is quite strict about subject-predicate agreement.

Listen.

I will arrange people like you in a row in my rosary and pull them saying "repentance repentance".
