i know families in england that wouldnt like this.. i agree but it depends on how traditional the family is i guess..especially because if they live together they must be having intimate relationships..kinda hard for parents to accept i think...

In Holland it is really normal to live together before marriage. As soon as people leave highschool and study on university.. they move out their parents house. It is pretty normal for people in a relationship to live together before marriage. Ofcourse they have an intimate relationship, but they had that before they decided to move in together too. Try before you buy, right?

I hope you've got yourself a migros card deli!

No.. Kadir has one.. and as I did shopping once on my own and had to call him to pick me up by car because I couldnt carry the bags up the hill in the pouring rain.. I decided I wont be so stubborn anymore and just go shopping together with him. BY CAR.

But having one myself for small shoppings might be a good idea actually.

I mean.. ın Holland you can buy a bunch of reasonable good red wines in the supermarket.. but in Turkey I have no idea what brand to look for and I want to get a good one... but have no time to go out and find a special wineshop tomorrow.. I usually run my errands in Kipa or Migros.. any suggestions for a good table wine?

In my experience the same goes for Turkey too you know.
I liked the red Doluca and also the Sevilen wines. I found them in Carrefour, Tansaş and Migros.

Cheers!

Thank you. Ive seen the Sevilen wines, but only on the menus of restaurants, but I know a Tansaş really close here so I'll go take a look there next time. Thank you, also KeithL.

For others you do not need to be ill to try this

I guess the ones trying this without being ill all have small hands as well

Hahahaha.

Thanks for the tip Joey, but the only alcoholic thing I have right now is beer, as I just heard Kadir's car coming hehe. And Im a too poor student to afford alcoholics like that.. Im craving for a good Baileys coffee!

Sorry to bump into this thread but I wonder.. what are good supermarket-dinner wines in Turkey?

You say you have a project and chose that region. Why not any other regions but South-East Anatolia??? If you want to make something that should be about entire Türkiye , not about only for a region of the country.

I didnt choose it. We had to pick a paper and my paper said this region. The class is divided in 7 groups and each group is covering a region. Satisfied?
