Because it started as a question And tbh i think smoking is a good subject on this forum because to me it seemed like smoking is a part of turkish society. Especially as in Nargile. They have become trendy in holland hahah.. See this is what we do with culture.. we steal it and then make it fashionable

I really like Nargile (i mean i havent used it, but the sound and becuase its not so bad like cigarettes..right?) but i dont like smoking.

Maybe they should make cigarettes twice as expensive as they are now. That wont make the addicts of nowadays stop, but here in holland the economics are getting worse and its predicted that dutch young people dont have very much money to spend. Maybe that will stop the youngsters from trying because then it would be like 8 euros a package, which is lika half cd!

There's a song thats inside of my soul
its the one that i tried to write over and over again
im awake in the infinite cold
and you sing tome over and over again

so i lay my head back down
and i lift my hands and pray
to be only yours, i pray
to be only yours i know now,
youre my only hoooope

i give you my destiny
im giving you all of me
i want your symphony
singing in all that i am
at the top of my lungs (she sings so high and purehere!)
im giving it baack

Hi! I'm Esther, 18 years young from Holland! And i really love this site. Just like meltem, i like the personal messages too.. i cant help anyone translating them.. but i just like to see that people dare to be open here (ok i know its internet, but still!!).

I also have a big passion for languages. I speak English, French and German. A LITTLE bit Spanish and understand a little Italian.. My main goal now is Turkish and then i want to start New Greek (i do Ancient Greek and latin at school) and after that Russian.. i think i will catch up Spanish and Italian in between because they are not difficult, especially if you know Latin and French

I hope to become language teacher, literature criticus or translator one day, in Türkiye!

Thanks for all the helpful people here It really has given me some strength for some reason..! I hope i can be of help one day too !!

I'm afraid right now my top 5 is dominated by Sezen I think it also depends on the mood and because i don't know many other songs yet..

1. Sezen Aksu - Keskin biçak
2. TeomaN - Istanbul'da sonbahar
3. Sezen Aksu - Gülümse
4. Sezen Aksu - Tutsak
5. Yildiz Tilbe - Çat kapi

But indeed, Gidiyorum and Geri dön are also fantastic..
All the older songs of Sezen have a magical effect on me, even when i don't understand them.. and when i start to understand, this effect gets even stronger..

I'm looking for an original version of KEZBAN YENGE.. does someone have this for me? I have a crappy remix that is pretty cool, but now im looking for the original one and i cant find it..

Thanks in advance
