Purrfect is just a play on words, a combination of purr (mýrlamak) and perfect, it´s quite common to use it that way actually, especially in spoken English, and mainly for emphasis. Sort of like saying "phleease" for "please".

Wouldn´t "Senin internet´e girdiðini biliyorum" be correct though? I thought bilmek takes an object with the -i ending?

I´m not a native speaker, but the above sentence I´d write:

Sen internet´e gittiðini biliyorum, ama bana selam söylemezsin.

I think it says:

If s/he´s human (a person, a human being) s/he should show respect, look after her/his spouse, if ...

"no böyle o no insan" is throwing me off though, there´s no "no" in Turkish as far as I can tell, perhaps a native speaker can figure out what this is supposed to be.
