Note : it is debatable that we can drop past tense in the last word as it is a wish sentence.

 in other words it is acceptable to say this way ; ...........içiyor olsam.

another example ; Keşke şu an İstanbul´da olsam = I wish I was in İstanbul now.

But in our sentence we have present continues tense verb [içiyor].so we add olsam in the end.
