So,with verb to enjoy-hoşlanmak,every time we use ablative? And what about verb to hate-nefret etmek ? Do we use ablative for that too?

Until you know the case government of every verb you must use the dictionary to its full potential. For instance www.turkishdictionary.net gives the following entrance to hoşlanmak:

hoşlanmak /dan/ to like, be pleased with; to enjoy.

/dan/ tells you that this verb takes ablative. Similarly you can see the case governing of beğenmek (+ ACC), inanmak (+DAT) and ilgilenmek (+INSTR):

beğenmek /ı/
1. to like, admire; to approve (of), be pleased (with).
2. to choose; to prefer. Beğenemedin mi? So you don´t approve? Beğen beğendiğini. Choose whichever you like.

inanmak /a/
1. to believe (something); to believe what (someone) says, believe (someone).
2. to trust, have faith in, believe in (someone, God).
3. to believe in the existence of, believe in (God, spirits).
4. to believe in (the benefit, the efficacy, or the rightness of something): Demokrasiye inanıyor. She believes in democracy.

ilgilenmek /la/
1. to be interested in, be curious about, be attracted to.
2. to take an interest in, concern oneself with.
3. to enjoy doing (something), get pleasure out of.

Some verbs like vurmak take different cases according to the meaning. But it is all in the dictionary.
