and yes "gün be gün" means exactly "day by day", yes "be" is arabic too

your translation is correct and yes this does not make sense because sometimes songs have nonsense lyrics  with "tescilli vurgunum" it is meant here something like " i am so in love with you that this is apparent and everybody is informed about it"
