Quoting Abla

Ifs and if nots:

terk et|mez|di|m, dokun|maz|dı|m

Counterfactual situations differ from hypotheticals in that the condition upon which they depend is known to be unrealizable, they are expressed by Ardı /MazdI or [y]acaktı

terk etmezdim --> terk et [verb stem] + mez [neg.aor.] + di [past] + m [1sg]

I wouldnt have left

dokunmazdım --> I wouldnt have touched

[ O konsere gitmek ] hoş olurdu / olacaktı

it would have been nice to go to that concert.

hoş ol [verb stem] + ur [AOR] + du [past]

hoş ol [verb stem] +acak [FUT] +tı [past]

thanks tunci, it´s the song acilar by ferdi.  have a good day !

Rica ederim Jacob. I know that song . I used to listen that song  in my high school times. This catagory of music is called " Arabesk müzik " which is influenced by arab melodies, ryhtyms with turkish words. Most of them are extremly sad songs that can lead one to depression..But as you know, as Turks we like pain [ACI]..

Marion, like me I think most English people who use Turkish Class think you´re just aMAZing with your level of Turkish fluency {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile} and Tunci, your English is superb too! My real name is Robert but in English that´s normally shortened to Bob (but Rob can also be used) so there´s another anomaly.

I agree with Rob, Mazzer is just A-MAZ[E ]-ING ...!! [ Actually there is a program called "strictly come dancing" and there is a judge in there called Graig or something , I want him to say that word [a-maz-ing] for Mazzer...!! just joking , but seriously her level of Turkish fluency is really superb. And her knowledge in Turkish is astonishing !

Toprak olmaz bende tenden başkası
Seni bunca sevmez benden başkası
Ölürsem sen ağla arkamdan yeter
Gelmesin kabrime senden başkası

Yeter artık bitsin bu yalnızlığım
Terk edin dünyamı gidin acılar
Bu kadar insafsız zalim olmayın
Zulmetmeye bir son verin acılar.

He is obviously in unbearable pain , and being tormented by pain. The pain of loneliness and  he is whether apart from his love or rejected by her or suffering from impossible love, its not clear which one of them giving him this pain.
