I am not sure about the suffixes used for the word nişanlanma: I put the personal suffixes (2nd person plural) and the genitive (because I think that ´için´ requires the genitive case).
Please wait for better translations, to get the proper form or version.
Genitive case for "için" is only required for personal pronouns:
ben için > benim için
sen için > senin için
o için > onun için
biz için > bizim için
siz için > sizin için
"onlar" is exception; that pronoun doesn´t require genitive case.
In other hand, for nouns, we don´t need genitive case suffix for "için":
ev için: for the home
okul için: for the school
Okul için kitap lazım: I need book for school.
Nişanlanmanız için tebrikler; don´t put genitive suffix, because it is a noun. But for engagement we don´t use this structure. Grammatically it is correct (when without a genitive suffix).
We say;
Hayırlı olsun.
Tebrikler!
