They will be so lonely on the beaches of Turkey this year |
Why? The guys can't come to the Netherlands after their ahum .... 'meeting', so the guys will take all their chances in Turkey itself. |
True, but its a waste of their precious time if there is no visa for all their hard work |

I hate the immigration in the uk. I have been with my turkish husband for 4 years, and married for 1year 2months.
We have fought for 3 years for him to come to england, so we can be a family. We have been treated worse than a convict, We have to show all our private msn chat, emails, letters, everything. And every time we apply we get refused, How can a person who has never me us, decide if we do or dont love each other, its a dissgrace,I hate the system,But have no other choice but to keep applying and appealing, so i can be with my husband.

I'm curious how is it possible that this is taking place in the UK despite such strict immigration laws...

I am Dutch too, you know! For myself I am not so happy about the law, regardless that I wish for a career in Turkey for now. But as a law in general, I think it is one of the few good things that have come from foreign affairs/integration side of the parliament.

When I watched the video, catwoman, it seems that some of the people they were talking to have been in the UK for 2 or 3 generations. I am not sure how you can live in a country for that long and not be assimilated into society but I think these people will never be happy no matter what you do with/for them. If newly immigrated people are so against democracy....then they need to stay in their homeland. I would never presume to go to an Islamic state to live and try to change their culture. I think there is a certain air of arrogance about people like that.
