Ok..
May be racism is nothing to do with it. But I definitely felt it during my interview (years ago btw).
And everybody, who had the experience, is talking about very unkind treatment there.
And it is WRONG and I cant see the justification for it.

You cant turn and say to me 'they were right to treat you like a criminal' because of your imigration problem.
Nobody has right to treat me as if I am a criminal.

Handsom, rightly or wrongly, the UK population rises at a staggering 500 people A DAY!

Are you suggesting we make that figure higher? We are a VERY SMALL COUNTRY!!!!

I don't think thehandsome's post is about letting people into country or not, I think it's about the way people are treated.

I didnt say that anyone was right to treat you as a criminal! But they do have the right to ask a lot of questions and they have a right to refuse entry.

If they treat you badly, agressively or rudely, then you have a good point. However, if you objected to the deeply personal questions, then I am afraid that they have every right to do that.

imagine the flood of immigration if they start treating good and granting visa to everyone

as aenigma have already said: they see those dudus everyday, and are possibly fed up.

Repeat again, do you think it is OK that a small country like the UK has an increase in population of 500 people every day?

Nobody is trying to make England English! We have a huge number of legal immigrants and are already a hugely multicultural society. I can assure you that immigration to the US is much tougher...

AEnigma, you dont have to be treated like a visa applicant is treated to understand that treatment is WRONG.
I dont want to say anything about 500 people a DAY! or making the figure higher or you are already a small country.
Can all those justify the mistreatment?
