We will be waiting for it. You got me curious.

I once sent a song to a Turkish friend of mine and he said people would find it very very weird that a young western girl liked such music. I think it was halk müziği though.

Speaking of Arabesk, can someone in the meantime tell me some good Arabesk singers? (to state music as 'good' you don't necessarily have to like it ).

How come you couldn't get it? I don't speak Korean (or whatever language it is) but the message in the video is pretty clear. If you watch it carefully till the end you'll know. I saw this video a long time ago and, regardless of all my bitchiness, I must admit I was pretty moved Imust be getting older or something :-S

Well.. i watched all the 8 minutes.. but i dont get the end! Why is she shocked with that picture she sees ??

Of course WE will all go, we love Turkey and we are on a Turkish Language website. But others will not - even today I have heard people saying they will be too scared to go now.

Do we have to live in TC dreamworld now? OK then, there is no prejudice, no war, everyone loves eachother, the sun will shine always and there is no global warming!

Will that make everyone happy !!! lol!

Aenigma is right. The tourism that is good for Turkish economy is the 'all-inclusive'-tourism. Unfortunately, it is this kind of tourism that doesn't connect with the country: they swim the hotelpool and the hotelbeach, have dinner at the hotel restaurants and get drunk with the hotelcocktails. They don't get in touch with the country itself, thus they don't create a bound, that you have when you meet the culture of a country. So, as soon as they hear bad news about country.. they haven't got anything they can go back to: we have the music we love, the food we adore, the warmness of the people we like, the friends we made while traveling. They have their hotel, beach and pool. But you can get these in other holiday-countries too. So they stop going and touristm-numbers go down.

It scares me and makes me sad. I wonder when this will end and when the people who do it realize they will never get their target this way, whatever it may be. And if they do, it means 'we' say yes to violence.

Even if the the thing you fight for is a good thing (i'm not talking about this situation!!), you should never use violence. Because once you reach your goal, the experience wil have taught you that violence is a sollution to get what you want. It will make nations greedy and dangerous.

I hope, whoever the responsibles were and whatever their goal was, that their violence will stop and that they don't reach their goals through these ways.

I'm sorry but if you keep smoking that much, you will really look like Mona Rıza and I'm afraid the only woman who would possibly be interested in spending time with you is miss Mona Lisa herself.. but i'm afriad she passed away years ago.

Hmm Kadir doesn't smoke either and nor does any of his friends, as far as I know.

But I heard that nargile is becoming popular among youth again.
