In Turkish, cause - result sentences are formed with using the  expressions like  " için, diye, dolayı, ötürü, maksadıyla...." 

These type of sentences  inform us the aim and the result of an action that is performed by the subject.

Examples :

-Borçlarından kurtulmak için evini satmış.

He/She sold his/her house in order to get rid of his/her debts.

What was his /her aim by selling his/her house ?  ---> He/She wanted to get rid of his/her debts.

Result --->  He/She sold his/her house.

The CR [Cause - Result ] sentence is built by " için ".
