It is not ambiguous at all.  

Bileti olmayan [kişiler] sinemaya gidemez.

The adjective there is  hidden in the sentence which is " kişi[ler] "  so, the adjective is "kişi[ler]" --> person [people]

People who has no ticket ---> People is described here. 

Yes, it is perfectly ok to remove those "kimse" from the sentences above and still make sense. In fact, it makes more sense without "kimse". Since "kimse" does not suit on those sentences. 

In the second sentence, do you mean " The ones who don´t have ticket can not go to the cinema ? " , if so, then you should say "gidemez". And plus "Bilet" should be singular.

" Bileti olmayan sinemaya gidemez. "

"Kitap aldım"  is --->  I bought  a book or  books. 

The question is --> Ne aldın ? 

Not necessarily the person has gone just for book shopping. He may have gone for general shopping, but just bought books. 

Or, he is listing what things he bought while he was out , such as ;

Ayakkabı,cep telefonu ve kitap aldım--> I bought shoes,a mobile phone and a book [books]

My guess, [however , we need to know the context, so it is just my guess ] is as follows;

" So now , every time you feel sorry [for her] you will go to her, right ? "

It is "100 numara ". Some people call  "toilet" as "100 numara ".

The story behind it is that  sometime in the past in the hotels in France the toilet was called as " sans numero " [ no number ] and because the pronouncation of "cent numero "which means "100 numara" in French is almost same as "sans numero [no number]", obviously someone mistranslated it into turkish. 

In other words, because of the same pronouncation [sans numero and cent numero] Turks gone for with  " 100 numara".

It is translated as follows ;

" I kiss Fatmanur and give my thanks to your older sister "

Simply --->  it is possible [possibly] that something is happening 

                 Akapunktur plasebo etkisi yapıyor   olabilir. 

                  It is possible  that acupuncture is making [causing] plasebo effect.

                  Or;

                  Possibly, it is the acupuncture that is causing the plasebo effect.

                   Or 

                  Acupuncture might be causing the plasebo effect.

 This type of  adverbs show something is probable to happen or not to happen. The most frequent adverbials of probability are ;

Ola ki , Belki , Bakarsın, Sanıyorum

Ola ki hastalanır diye annesi çok endişeleniyor  --->  His/Her mother is very worried in case he/she may [might ] get ill.

Bu kitabı belki bulamayabilirsin. --> You may not be able to find this book.

Ümidini kaybetme. Bakarsın bir gün geri gelir. --> Don´t lose your hope. [Who knows]may be he/she would come back one day.

Sanıyorum aramaz. ---> I suppose [think] he won´t [he would not] call.
