C) Hava karardı mı çocuklar eve gelir.

Here, -mı suffix does not make the statement a question, it functions as " when"

Yes, equality. The sentence tells us that

“Kardeşim de senin kadar esmerdir.”

My sister/brother is also as dark as you.

as dark as you ---> senin kadar esmer

therefore it indicates the equality . My brother/sister is equal to you in being darkness wise.

This phrase is a blessing word said to someone who done us a big favor with especially his/her hands.

For instance ;

Say , we have such a pain on our shoulder, and your friend offer you a shoulder massage with his/her hands. After his/her massage, you notice that you feel so much better and less pain. And you turn to your friend and say ;

Sağol, ellerin dert görmesin ---> Thanks, May your hands see no pain. [ May your hands be blessed ! ] It is kind of expressing your gratitudes to that person.
