If you put them all together, we ll have something like this ;

Özlemenin saati yoktur, ağlamanın olmadığı gibi.

There is no  certain time for [of] missing [longing for someone]  just like crying.  [just like there is no certain time for crying]

in other words, one can miss someone anytime just like one can cry anytime..

ağlamanın olmadığı gibi.

ağlamak --> to cry ,to weep

" ağlama"  again, in verbal noun form  ---> crying

olmak = to be

ol [be,is] +ma [negative marking] + dık + ı

olmadığı  ---> that its  not

gibi --> as, like, just like

Ok. then, when we put them together ,we´ll get something like this ;

Özlemenin saati yoktur --->Missing someone [Longing for someone]  has no time.

There is no time of missing someone

There is no time of longing for someone

another clue ;

Özlemenin saati

"özleme"  is a verbal noun which can be translated as " longing - missing"

saati ---> time of --> saat + i [ i here is a possesive marking]

so put them together.

Quoting archinia

Özlemenin saati yoktur, ağlamanın olmadığı gibi.

ok. lets go back to your translation . First step ;

Özlemenin saati  ---> In this construction ;

Özlemek = to long for, to miss someone

saat --> saat referring to  "time" here.

look at the endings "nin"  and "i"

can you give a guess ?

I wish every learner send their translation attempts on the forum. Most of learners feel shy or fraid of making mistake, the more we make mistake the better we will learn, as we learn from our mistakes. I have learnt many things on this site since I became member. I´d like to say my thanks to the person[s] who is[are] created this useful website.
