My friend, you should go to ask your embassy and Turkish authorities in TR. 

They will give you the best answer. Instead of asking in this form and worrying ,you should ask the authorities.

 More or less same rules apply to foreigners just as Turks getting married in Turkey, except the translations of foreign papers.

Basically, go to the marriage office of where you live in TR.

But first, You got to get a non-impediment [that proves you are single in your country ] paper. You should get it from the authorities in your own country. 

Get your passports translated and notarized.

Get your birth certificates with apostille stamped on them.

Take these papers to the marriage office, show them papers and ask if they need anything else. 

They will send you to a certain clinic for health check report. 

Take 6-8 photos with you. [may be more]

After you get your health check report, go back to the office with all papers. 

And ask a Nikah date as you wish. 

* Marrige office may ask you to provide a Turkish translator, or they may provide for you. 

* Note that , before doing all those things, its is best to give a visit to your local marriage office and confirm those things written above.

If the speaker feels what he/she says is probable, he adds -dir to the end of the verb.

Hasta.  -----> He/She is sick.

Hastadır. ---> He/She must be sick.

This form is used with the -iyor, -ecek and -miş forms. It is not used with the -di and -ir forms or the combined form -iyormuş.

* It is placed after the personal endings and changes according to vowel harmony.

- Unutmuşsun.  ------> You have forgotten. [ I realize ]

- Unutmuşsundur. -----> You probably have forgotten.

 If there ıs a certain rapidity or violence in an action we add –diği gibi  to the initial act followed by the past, future, aorist , etc. verb representing the second act.

-Kitabı masadan aldığı gibi yere attı.

He/She snatched the book from the table and threw it on the floor.

- Yakasından tuttuğum gibi dışarı attım. 

I grabbed him by the collar and threw him out.

* There is a strong stress on the first verb that falls on the verb root. This is very important, otherwise the form may mean something else.

tuttuğum gibi  ----> attım.

* "gibi " here is a mere function word, and no longer has the meaning of "like".

* The verb representing the second action may be in the past, future, aorist , etc.. depending upon when the action took place.

- Bak sana söylüyorum, seni tuttuğu gibi yere vurur.

I am warning you, he´ll grab you and slam you to the ground.

Vurduğu gibi kırıyor.  ---> One blow and he smashes it.

* Two actions follow one another with great speed and acceleration between the actions.

- Aldığı gibi gitti. ---> As soon as he took it he left.

-Çaldığı gibi kaçtı. ---> He stole it and was gone !

-Yattığım gibi uyudum. ---> I fell asleep as soon as I went to bed.

 Merhaba. Nasılsın ? Umarım iyisindir. Daha sonra seni aramamı istiyorsan bana bir çağrı at seni ararım.

1 ---> Do you want to know if that person knows how to dance ?  or 2 --->do you want to know if he/she wants to dance with you ?

if it is 1 ---> Dans etmeyi biliyor musun[uz] ?

if it is 2 ---> Benimle dans eder misin[iz] ?

However, normally, people would not ask the first question, assuming everybody know how to dance somehow. 

Note that if you mean Turkish folk dance, use the verb "oynamak".

Oynamayı biliyor musunuz ? ---> Do you know how to dance. [folk dance, or for more Turkish style of dance ]
