At the other hand, according to the constitution, at assembly at Novembers of every year, making speech or making this speech PM to read of President about the activities of previous year and the decisions for next year of ruling-party, was contradicting with this principle. According to the constitution, President´s political base of speech was unclear, who had no political responsibility. It was unacceptable for President, who has been selected by TBMM where ruling and executing powers meet, to express his/her own ideas because of gathering of powers. It was also inevitable to think that it was a text which has been prepared through the ideas and views of ruling-party; if President, who had no responsibility by the acitivities of ruling-party, was talking about the activities and political decisions of ruling-party.
This situation, which was able to create problem politically and which was contradictious according to constitution did not show itself throughout the Single Party term. Because at this terms, Presidents were also changeless leaders of ruling-party

Turkey has given order for about 40 millions charges of vaccine. A part of those charges have arrived to Turkey a short while ago. The Health Minister of Turkey, Recep Akdağ, has been vaccinated in front of the cameras and fallen in difference of idea with Tayyip Erdoğan, PM of Turkey.

Minds were confussed and have been confused more by the explanation of Tayyip Erdoğan; when he told that he wouldn´t have been vaccinated, at a very opposite side of "his health minister."

Now, there is a fact in front of us. Death toll rises day by day and recent toll is 93. Turkish Society has been "swinging" between being vaccinated and the fear of that flu.
