Rolled Milk Pudding with Cream Chantillie filling
Ingredients:
1 kilo of milk
1 water glass of flour
1 water glass of powdered sugar
1 packet of Damla Sakızı vanilla aroma
2 table spoons of butter
Coating:
Granuled bisquits
Filling:
1 packet of Krem Şantı whipped topping
1 tea glass of milk
Instructions:
- Mix the milk, the flour and the sugar well.
- Cook on the stove until the dough gets thick.
- Add 2 table spoons of butter and mix until it melts.
- Take the dessert down the stove and add 1 packet of vanilla aroma. Mix well.
- Rinse a long rectangle shape tray under water. Sprinkle the bisquit granules abundantly over the tray.
- Spread the dessert properly over the tray.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
- Prepare the Krem Şantı with milk. After the dough has rested apply carefully the Krem Şantı over it.
-Cut the edges and roll the dessert.
