Quoting catwoman:

I can see how much you care about this relationship and how much you're capable to do for it, but if you still think that the only problem in the relationship is "you", then something's not right.

No I dont think that way Lately I can say its been that way, but usually its from both sides. And he does apologize when he gets angry too quickly, though he is undergoing a major change. I hope this will keep going this way

I would respond more but Heroes is starting soon on CNBCE and I am really hungry so İ better make something out of the peppers, onions and tuna fish we have (thats all there is and sucuk but I think that would become funny )

I copied it and yes I missed the comma! Well spotted. Yes I realise now about the first sentance. My mistake! I keep trying to switch between English Keyboard and Turkish keyboard.

Didnt wanna be a smartass but when u see the comma, u also see the translation faster

And its a bitch to switch keyboards all the time. Using Gökhans laptop now, which is set in English (some football programme wont run on turkish settings) after I finally got used to Turkish one isnt really practical!

Have I got thıs rıght?

Bebek çok küçük henuz yürümüyor.
The very small baby (child) is not walking yet.

Did you translate it TR-ENG or did you write this sentence? Because I think a comma would be appropriate here in Turkish:

Bebek çok küçük, henüz yürümüyor
The baby is very small, it isnt walking yet.

Çok küçük bebek henüz yürümüyor
The very small baby isnt walking yet.

Ahhh! Makes perfect sense now.

By the way, in the first sentence küçük çocuk is not plural.

I am trying to translate some sentances from my course and I am confused by use of the word "hiç". For example:

Köçük cokuk hıç yemek yemiyor.
The little children are not eating their food.

Sibel hiç kıtap okumuyor, ders çalişmiyor.
Sibel is not reading, not studying

Onlar hiç Turkçe bilmiyolar.
They do not know Turkish

I have translated how I think, but dont why hiç ıs usedç

Hiç stretches the negativity in the sentence:

Sınav için çalışmadım (I didnt study for the exam)
Sınav için hiç çalışmadım (I didnt study for the exam at all)

Onlar Türkçe bilmiyorlar (They dont know Turkish)
Onlar hiç Türkçe bilmiyorlar (They dont know any Turkish (at all)).

Someone else can do this better than I do but because its already halfway moms day İ will just give it a shot. I suppose they are not waiting for a flawless text from foreingers anyway..

Quoting Jovita:

Dear mother,
you're such a special mother of 4 magnificent children,
I thank God that with Mahmut, you came into my life too!
happy mother day!

Sevgili Annem,
Dört mükemmel çocuğun çok özel bir annesisiniz. Mahmut'la beraber siz de hayatıma geldiğiniz (siz de hayatımın bir parçası olduğunuz*) için Tanrı'ya şÃ¼krediyorum. Anneler gününüz çok kutlu olsun!

I thank God that together with Mahmut you became a part of my life too (that one sounded better to me in turkish but i could be mistaken, being non*native too )

This is probably full of mistakes, but understandable i suppose!

We English Mums' have our Mothers Day March 18th - so can we share this one too????

Why not

We celebrate English Mother's Day for my Grandmother, and Dutch Mother's Day for my own mother. So we actually have two too
