(Around an hour before you sleep, dont do any of the things that give you stress. Make some hot chocolate, hot milk, or hot tea if you are not so sensitive for the cafeine, and read a book or something. Dont watch television and after 8 oclock in the evning dont eat anything anymore. I had the same problem. Set times to sleep and wake up everday and though its hard at first, just stick to them. After one week or so, you will get used to it.). Btw I dont think I translated flawless, but I just gave it a try.

It must have been 3 years since I last really studied french.. such a pity. Will catch up by reading books once I learnt this language. So panta rei, id really appreciate it if you would explain the difference
