 Jealousy is a sign of emotional immaturity and insecurity.....it is not a sign of devotion.

So imagine you and your husband (partner, boyfriend, etc) are in a bar (pub, restaurant, at a concert, insert a public place of choice here) and having a good time and all of a sudden a young, georgous, funny woman comes up to you and starts a conversation. And your partner starts to really get into it, I mean, he´s laughing at her jokes, asking her questions, his eyes light up, he´s sort of ignoring you in the process, as he´s having a super great time with this goddess of a woman.

Are you telling me you wouldn´t feel even the slightest pang of jealousy?

 Because the verb is arkadaþ olmak.. that´s why you can not say arkadaþlar olalým.

Awwww, so that´s what it is, I thought arkadaþ and olmak are considered separate. Cool, thanks. {#lang_emotions_flowers}

Thread: Tüm vs. bütün

 it is like the difference between whole (tüm / tam) and all (bütün)..

Thank you Merih.

So it looks like it would be ok to say "Bütün hayatýmý sana verdim (I gave all my life to you)" and "Tüm hayatýmý sana verdim (I have my whole life to you)", right?

I think the difference might be in countable nouns, let me know if I´m on the right track here. I think it would be ok to say "Bütün arkadaþlarým parti (or is it partiyi?) geldiler" for "All my friends came to the party", but not "Tüm arkadaþlarým ...", right?

Thanks again for the explanations.

Merhaba. Nasilsin? Iyisin, inþallah. Kusura bakma, þimdiye kadar seninle temas edemiyordum. Çok kötü bir þekilde oluyordum.

Please wait for corrections.

And I misspelled "Iyisin" too, it should be Ýyisin

Sorry for the multiple posts, I couldn´t modify my msg.

So the things you girls say ´ah size does not matter that much´ ´I love they way it is´ etc..

are they all lies? lol

Oh you know, it´s not the size of the boat, but the motion of the ocean that matters ....

But it takes a long time to get to England in a row boat {#lang_emotions_super_cool}
