"sen ne yaptin" is past tense (gecmis zaman) because of "-tı(n)" at the end, so we must ask with "did", and the meaning is: what did you do? |
it is true that the "-tin" marks the second person singular past, but I thought of it as meaning 'what have you been doing lately/ since we spoke last". by the way, don't we express the English Present Perfect by the past in Turkish? (e.g. seni ozledim= I have missed you) |
